Microscopy Research and Statutory Intent
All products offered through our digital storefront are compiled and distributed strictly for educational, taxonomy, identification, and laboratory scientific microscopy research purposes only. Cultivation inquiries, messages implying production intent, or misuse of specimens are strictly prohibited Any violation of this research parameter will result in the immediate cancellation of the order and a permanent ban from utilizing our services .
Geographic Shipping Blockades & Exclusions
Due to strict local and state-level statutory regulations governing the distribution of mycology research materials, we maintain absolute geographic blockades. We do not process transactions, accept payments, or ship any materials to the following states:
- California
- Florida
- Georgia
- Idaho
Any attempt to bypass these electronic shipping address zone gates will result in an automated transaction failure at checkout.
Peer-to-Peer Payment Compliance
We accept transactions utilizing decentralized cryptocurrency networks and manual peer-to-peer mobile transfer networks (such as Cash App). Customers processing transactions manually are required to strictly input only their 5-digit WooCommerce Order Number in the payment memo network field. Inclusion of prohibited text strings, brand nicknames, or product terms will result in immediate payment rejection and transaction cancellation.
